Let’s compare the Iphone 13 Pro and the Iphone 13 Pro Max and see if the difference between the two is worth the extra 100 dollars.

First, we will look at the things that are exactly the same on the two phones.

Camera: Both the Iphone 13 Pro and Pro Max have a very cool feature called a Lidar scanner, which sends out invisible laser beams from your phone to your surroundings and lets you see everything around you even in complete darkness. Apple has also introduced a new concept called “Cinematic mode” which allows more post production editing and focuses on new faces when they enter the frame. 

Element resistance: Both phones are splash, water, and dust-resistant under lab conditions and could last up to 30 minutes long in maximum depths of 6 meters though, it probably isn’t the best idea to test those out.

Storage: Both phones have the same options for storage at 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB

Chip: Both have the same chip meaning they will both last the same amount of time and work at the same speeds.

Now Let’s look at the things separating the two phones.

Display Size: The iPhone Pro has a 6.1 inch (diagonal) screen whereas the Pro Max’s screen size is 6.7 inches (diagonal also).

Battery: The iPhone 13 Pro has a video playback time of up to 22 hours and an audio playback time of up to 75 hours.The Iphone 13 Pro Max has a video playback time of 28 hours and an audio Playback time of up to 95 hours.

All in all the two phones are extremely similar. It might be worth the extra $100 if battery life and phone size are very important to you. Otherwise, I’d go with the 13 Pro.
