Following the hip-hop unit and the vocal unit, the last unit to cover consists of Kwon Soonyoung, Xu Minghao, Moon Junhui, and Lee Chan. They are responsible for the team’s choreography and performance. They’re the most diverse unit, with each member having multiple sub-roles in different units.

Kwon Soonyoung, known as Hoshi, is the performance team’s leader, main dancer, lead vocalist, and sub-rapper. He is a part of BSS and SVT Leaders. His entire agenda is to be a tiger, however, many fans call him a hamster. Hoshi choreographs many of SEVENTEEN’s songs as the performance team leader. He released his solo mixtape, “Spider”, on April 2, 2021.

Xu Minghao, known as The8, is the lead dancer, sub-rapper, and sub-vocalist. He is one of four foreigners in the group, born in Haicheng, Liaoning, China. The8 is the only member who has been training in b-boying, or breakdancing, and is in charge of it in the performance team. He refuses to do fan service to his fans, saying that they should not depend on an idol and instead should enjoy the idol’s talents. On June 9, 2019, he released his first solo, “Dreams Come True”.

Moon Junhui, known as Jun, is the lead dancer and sub-vocalist. He is one of the four foreigners in the group, born in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. He is the only member who has an acting career, including being a child actor. He is currently on hiatus to focus on his acting career in China. He released his first solo, “Can you sit by my side? (能不能坐在我身边)”, on December 14, 2018.

Lee Chan, known as Dino, is the main dancer, sub-vocalist, sub-rapper, and the official maknae, the actual youngest in the group. Dino’s family is full of dancers, his dad taught him until he became a trainee for Pledis Entertainment in 2012. He’s known as the future of K-pop because he can do anything. It’s a small inside joke within the group, but there is truth to it. He released his first solo song, “0 (Zero)”, on February 17, 2017, and his first solo mixtape, “Wait”, on November 27, 2023.
