Lifestyles have changed drastically since March 13, mostly in the form of staying home more. The big winners in this situation are our pets! In the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic one thing is for sure, our pets are loving all the attention.

Junior Diamond Grant loves hanging out with her dog Brownie.

“I like to take him on walks and sometimes we play, but he’s so old so he  usually just sleeps,” said Grant.

Junior Kara Caintic has two dogs named Holly and Robyn.

“They had six puppies during quarantine named Bambi, Rona, Lizzo, Olaf, Truffle and Remy,” said Caintic. “We spend our time exploring the outside and having all my family members play with them in the living room everyday for their exercise.”

Junior Alex Abuan’s brother just got a new puppy.

“We like to go on family bike rides with our bigger dogs Nanee and Momo, but my brother just got a new chihuahua puppy named Nina so we’ve been trying to help train her,” Abuan. “She loves to bite everything including socks and it’s starting to get annoying.”
