Soon, seniors will be leaving high school behind. Don’t miss out on senior events to finish off the year.
Class Breakfast/College Commitment Day is on May 5th at 7am in room 125a. The #IGOTIN2026 field trip will head to Chartway Arena for festivities and college booths. Students will go to the Schola, then will leave on buses and will return to the Schola for a pizza lunch.
Prom will be on May 30th at Granby Theater from 6pm to 10pm with a masquerade theme. The tickets are on sale at $75 but will rise to $85 on May 4th.
Senior Exams are on June 1st through the 4th.
Senior Awards will be on June 4th at 6pm in the Auditorium.
Senior Day/Senior Picnic is on June 5th at 7:30am in the cafeteria. It is mandatory for all seniors to attend for graduation practice as part of senior day. This day is dedicated to celebrate seniors as the year ends.
Graduation Rehearsal is a mandatory practice on June 8th at 3:15pm located at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
Senior Sunset is on June 8th for seniors to gather together as the sun sets representing their time at Salem High School ending. This event is student organized and not a school sanctioned activity.
Graduation! June 9th at 5pm, but seniors will need to be there much earlier. It’s at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
